Meet Matthew Dickson
Matthew joins our team with nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in the Industrial, Office, and Investment sectors. A graduate of Carleton University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing, Matthew’s early background in building automation and design gave him a strong foundation in understanding complex systems and delivering efficient solutions.
Since entering the industry in 2006, Matthew has developed a deep understanding of the local business landscape and a wide-ranging clientele. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to long-term relationships, Matthew is focused on building trust and providing timely, tailored solutions to every client he works with.
Meet Michael Conrad
Michael is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who also launched his career in 2006. With over 25 years of experience in business and real estate across a range of sectors, Michael brings strategic insight into development land, investment acquisitions, office and industrial sales, and all aspects of commercial leasing.
His extensive background in business management and deal-making gives clients a unique advantage. Michael is known for his reliable, solutions-oriented style, and his tireless pursuit of client success makes him a trusted partner in any transaction.

Amanda Lingard has been a dedicated member of the commercial real estate community since 2010. As Director, Client Services, she plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Representatives and driving operational excellence across the team.
With outstanding organizational skills, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge, Amanda is integral to our team’s success. Her long-standing commitment to the field makes her a valued asset to both Cushman & Wakefield and the broader real estate community.
