Welcoming Darryl Hylton to Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region

We are pleased to welcome Darryl Hylton to the team at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region Ltd., Brokerage.

Darryl brings over eight years of real estate experience across residential, pre-construction, and commercial sectors throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Since beginning his career in 2018 with Forest Hill Real Estate and Century 21, he has advised clients on the purchase and sale of homes and condominiums, building a strong foundation in client service and market knowledge.

He later specialized in pre-construction condominium sales, working closely with leading developers and guiding both investors and end-users through the full purchase process—from initial floor plan selection through to builder agreements. This experience provided him with a detailed understanding of development timelines, product positioning, and buyer decision-making.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Honours in Construction Management from George Brown College and brings valuable experience from his time as a Cost Consultant and Construction Loan Monitor with Altus Group and CB Ross. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, and lender reporting on major high-rise developments across the GTA, giving him a strong technical understanding of how projects are financed and delivered.

Today, Darryl’s focus is on multifamily and retail investment assets. He leverages his background in construction finance and development to approach opportunities with a practical, informed perspective, helping clients navigate acquisitions and asset strategy with clarity and confidence.

Clients can expect a thoughtful, reliable approach grounded in both transactional and technical experience. Darryl is committed to delivering consistent, well-informed advice, with a focus on long-term value and strong execution.
