Today we’re excited to continue our new team spotlight with a closer look at Mike Conrad, one of the newest additions to our commercial division at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region.
Mike brings over 25 years of business experience and nearly two decades of commercial real estate expertise to our team. Since entering the industry in 2006, he has developed a strong reputation for his work across development land, investment acquisitions, industrial and office sales, and all aspects of commercial leasing.
Before real estate, Mike built a successful career across multiple business environments—experience that now powers his strategic, results-driven approach to commercial real estate. His ability to see the full picture, navigate complex negotiations, and deliver tailored solutions makes him a trusted partner for investors, developers, and business owners alike.
