Paul was born and raised in Waterloo Region with strong roots in the community. In his graduating year of Business Administrative Management Studies, he purchased his first rental property along with starting a bottled water business.  Over the next decade and additional rental properties added to his portfolio, he started a property management and maintenance company.  His personal business and real estate ventures have gained him the skills and knowledge required to succeed in real estate investments. He has been a tenant, landlord, commercial lessee & lessor, investor and multiple business owner.

Real Estate is his passion. He loves all aspects including design, construction architecture to fundamentals of investing. He takes great pleasure in helping clients find hidden value in distressed properties, negotiating deals, comparing construction methods and making wise investment choices. Paul is here to offer you the experience of a large-scale team with a boutique hand on approach.
