Fraser works along side Senior Vice President of Retail Bob Vrenjak, Associate Vice President Ryan Kaitting, as well as Ken Opper and Sam Bowers. Fraser has been working in commercial real estate for the past 6 years on various projects for his father Bob Vrenjak. As of August 2015, Fraser has entered into the real estate market with Cushman & Wakefield.
