LOCATION
The property is located on Main Street West, near the intersection of Main Street West and King Street (HWY 8). Main Street is the major road through Palmerston and connects to HWY 23, a major artery through the area. The area surrounding the property is primarily residential, with a large commercial area to the west. Palmerston is a community in the south end of the Town of Minto, in the north part of Wellington County. There are two schools in Palmerston – Palmerston Public School (K-8) and Norwell District Secondary School.
