Zach Doughty, a research analyst at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region, joined the team in September 2025. With a strong foundation in economics from Queen’s University and three years of client-facing experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry, Zach brings a balanced combination of analytical thinking and practical business experience to the research role.
Outside of professional pursuits, Zach is an avid sports enthusiast and golfer, interests that reflect his appreciation for strategy and continuous improvement—qualities that translate directly into his approach to research and problem-solving.
Zach is eager to launch his career in commercial real estate, where he looks forward to learning from an experienced team while contributing analytical insights through research and statistical analysis.
