Ryszard (Richard) Witulski is a commercial real estate specialist who is oriented on supporting medical professionals and medical business owners in various ranges of services. With his engineering background and knowledge of Dental and Medical business needs he offers an extensive range of services necessary for clients seeking to establish, improve or dispose of healthcare-related tangible or intangible assets. He has an extraordinarily strong education to support any typical or unexpected, events and demands. He received his first engineering degree in 1997 and complemented it with a degree in Software Engineering followed by training in Accounting, Legal and Real Estate.

In addition to the above formal education, he was involved in various on-the-job experiences. Which ranged from being a Software Engineer, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Office Manager, Director of Operations in both Telecommunication and Medical fields.

Ryszard is also involved in the Leasing and Trading of Retail and Office properties.
