Ryan Shea | Sales Representative

Ryan is a sales representative passionate about Commercial Real Estate Development with a focus on Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use and Student Housing development projects. Ryan actively consults on development projects for his clients helping them realize the highest and best use and full potential of their project. With a combination of creative, outside of the box thinking and analytical skills, he is an asset to his clients in any stage of the development cycle. In both the private and non-for-profit sectors, Ryan works with his clients to develop assets that contribute to increasing the housing supply in his markets of focus.

Ryan gained an interdisciplinary education studying Urban Development at Western University prior to entering the industry as a Research Analyst in 2018. Ryan obtained his Real Estate License in 2020.
