Paul was born and raised in Waterloo Region with strong roots in the community. In his graduating year of Business Administrative Management Studies, he purchased his first rental property and started a bottled water business. Over the next decade and with additional rental properties added to his portfolio, Paul started a property management and maintenance company. His personal business and real estate ventures have gained him the skills and knowledge required to succeed in real estate investments. He has been a tenant, landlord, commercial lessee & lessor, investor, and multiple business owner.
Real Estate is Paul’s passion. He loves all aspects from design, construction architecture, to the fundamentals of investing.
