With more than 35 years of experience as a real estate professional, Nick has been involved in some of the most prominent real estate transactions in southwestern Ontario. He has extensive experience in servicing Canadian, American, European and Japanese clients encompassing design/build, industrial properties and investment opportunities.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region in 2013, Nick’s career includes 17 years at International industrial brokerage firm and 10 years as a principal partner in a family owned Real Estate Development Company.
