Michelle’s real estate experience specializing in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of investment and land assets around the Kitchener-Waterloo Region and the province of Ontario. Michelle focuses on strategic analysis for both landlords and tenants who are looking to improve their footprint in the market. She also works actively to find solutions for landlords and developers who are looking to expand on or develop individual assets or portfolios through prospecting, marketing and strategic consulting to improve returns, stability and longevity within their portfolios.

Michelle has represented international, national land local Tenants and Landlords, Purchasers and Vendors and as an exclusive agent.

Michelle brings to the table not only an extensive career in the tech, telecom and aerospace industries where she drafted, negotiated and managed commercial contracts bringing to her role a unique sense and understanding and the meandering of negotiating complex contracts.  Her degrees in commercial contract management and alternative dispute resolution 

Michelle prides herself on her strong research skills in understanding the market climate and how to utilize her online presence in not only building her business presence but also bringing attention to her clients’ needs and wants.
