Kristin Peart-Bard | Broker, General Manager
As an experienced business professional, Kristin joined Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region in August 2016. Over the past 7 years, she has successfully executed many marketing and operational initiatives and currently manages several aspects of our brokerage operations, including: Transaction Management & Compliance, Deal Administration & Reporting, Operational Expense Management, Human Resources, Employee Training & Engagement.
Kristin received her real estate license in 2020 and recently earned her Broker’s designation in 2022. As our Broker/General Manger, Kristin works closely with all levels of brokerage leadership to ensure operational objectives are met, while providing dedicated support and guidance to all team members and Sales professionals.
