Kristin Peart-Bard | Broker, Transaction Manager

Kristin joined Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region in August 2016 and brings 10 years of commercial real estate experience spanning nearly every aspect of brokerage operations. Over the course of her career, she has managed transaction compliance, deal administration and reporting, marketing, operations, human resources, and employee training and development. This broad experience has given Kristin a unique understanding of both the transactional and operational sides of commercial real estate.

Kristin obtained her real estate license in 2020 and earned her Broker designation in 2022. After several years managing brokerage operations and transactions, she joined Jordan Palmer’s industrial sales and leasing team, where she draws on that experience to support property marketing, research, due diligence, documentation, reporting and deal execution.
