Jessica McCabe, M.Ed. | Consultant, Valuation & Advisory
Jessica McCabe is a commercial real estate professional with experience across industrial, office, retail, and land sectors in the GTA and Waterloo Region. She began her career with JLL in Mississauga, supporting the sale and leasing of industrial properties, before moving to JLL’s Downtown Toronto office to work alongside the Tenant Representation Group on office leasing and sales throughout the GTA.
Jessica then joined the Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region team, where she supported office sale and leasing transactions through marketing, reporting, and the preparation of client-facing materials.
In her current role as Consultant, Valuation & Advisory, she contributes to valuation assignments and advisory work for clients across Ontario, drawing on her transactional background and analytical skill set.
