Darryl Hylton brings over eight years of real estate experience across residential, preconstruction, and commercial sectors in the Greater Toronto Area.
He began his career in 2018 with Forest Hill Real Estate and Century 21, advising clients
on the purchase and sale of homes and condominiums. He later specialized in preconstruction condo sales, representing leading developers and guiding investors and
end-users through the full purchase process from floorplan selection to builder
agreements.
Darryl holds a Bachelor of Honours in Construction Management from George Brown
College. He previously worked as a Cost Consultant / Construction Loan Monitor with
Altus Group and CB Ross, overseeing budgets, schedules, and lender reporting for major
high-rise developments across the GTA.
His recent experience brings his focus to multifamily and retail investment assets,
leveraging his background in construction finance and development to provide strategic
insight to clients.
