Positioned as a platform disposition, this offering enables investors to aquire a meaningful presence in one of Canada’s most fertile agriculture regions through a single transaction and is particularly attractive to institutional investors, family offices, and international capital seeking stable, long-term real asset exposure. If desired, the current management group, known as Crescero Natural Capital (formerly AGinvest Farmland Properties Inc.), may offer ongoing management of the properties.
