Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Real Estate Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the real estate industry and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing documents.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support property listings, acquisitions, and leasing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives/Brokers and clients to gather pertinent information and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, especially while handling sensitive client information.
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Maintain databases and CRM systems to track property listings, client information, and transactions.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
- Provide general support to the commercial real estate team as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms for productivity, data analysis, and content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate principles and terminology is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required.
