Michael and his team have been involved with numerous high-profile and large scale commercial, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and multi-residential projects from inception to completion. His team was formerly Primus Realty Ltd. of Waterloo where Michael was the principal.  Michael’s career has involved large scale development leasing, tenant mandate, construction management, property management and real estate marketing throughout Waterloo Region & Canada.

Michael also represents Canada as an Executive Committee member for the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Program.
